First, schedule a Complimentary Consultation Call. During this call, our objective is to gather all the necessary information to craft a fully tailored getaway experience just for you. We want to know your preferred destination, your preferred pace, and your preferences, as well as any likes and dislikes you may have. Of course, we'll also allocate ample time to address any questions you may have!
STEP 2 - CLIENT AGREEMENT FORM AND PLANNING FEE
We will send you our Client Agreement Form. The Client Agreement form gives us permission to work with you on your amazing vacation. Once the form is signed, an invoice for our Planning Fee will be sent to you. Once payment is received, we can start researching and collaborating with our vetted travel partners to put together a proposal for you. Together, we will review and discuss any changes until we have the ideal itinerary.
STEP 3 - BOOKING
Once your itinerary is confirmed and ideal, you can sit back and unwind while we handle all the intricate particulars for you. We will take care of everything, from booking, transfers, tours, excursions, to even securing dining reservations. We seamlessly piece together every aspect of your itinerary, ensuring you can relish a truly hassle-free and enjoyable escape.
STEP 4 - GETTING READY
As your travel date draws near, we will provide you with our top destination tips, reminders of any items being due while keeping an eye on upcoming payment due dates. Behind the scenes, we will be diligently preparing for your departure date, reaching out to your accommodations with your personalized preferences. W want you to wholeheartedly immerse yourselves in your travel without any distractions. We handle all the details, so you don't have to!

We request a one-time, non-refundable Planning Fee before we begin planning your itinerary. The fee starts at $175 and varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip. We’ll share your exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call.
