First, schedule a complimentary consultation call. This isn’t a form to fill out—it’s a real conversation. I’ll ask about your preferred destination, your pace, what you love, and what you’d rather skip. I want to understand what makes a trip feel perfect to you. And of course, we’ll have plenty of time for your questions.

I’ll send you a Client Agreement Form—this gives me permission to work with you on your trip. Once you’ve signed it, I’ll send an invoice for the Planning Fee. After payment, I start researching and working with my trusted travel partners to create a proposal. Then we’ll review it together, make any changes you want, and refine it until it feels exactly right.

Once your itinerary is confirmed, you can relax while I handle everything—the bookings, transfers, tours, excursions, even those hard-to-get dining reservations. I piece together every detail so you can focus on what matters: enjoying your trip without worrying about logistics.

As your travel date approaches, I’ll send you destination tips and reminders about any upcoming payments. Behind the scenes, I’m preparing for your departure—reaching out to your accommodations with your preferences, making sure everything is set. I want you to fully immerse yourself in your trip without distractions. I handle all the details, so you don’t have to.

Your itinerary and travel documents will be delivered through a dedicated app or email—easy access while you’re traveling. If anything unexpected comes up during your trip, reach out. I’m here.
